Inflatable Rentals Request Form

Deposit: To secure your rental, we require a $100.00 deposit. This deposit is separate from the rental fee and will be refunded if the unit is returned in good condition. The deposit serves as a precaution in case we need to do some extra cleaning to get the unit back in shape. We expect to see dirt, grass, sand, and normal lawn debris, but what is not expected is paint, silly string, food, drinks, sharp objects, rusty water stains, water (if the unit was rented dry), etc. Let's keep things clean and fun for everyone.

Weather policy: In case of bad weather, we'll give you a heads up to see if you still want to go ahead with the rental. If you still want to move forward with the rental, we'll keep an eye on the forecast. If the day of your rental rolls around and it's looking rough (think high winds, thunder, lightning, hail, etc.), we won't set up. You can then decide to cancel or reschedule for another day. If you choose to cancel on the day of the rental, your deposit won't be refunded but you can use it towards booking another date.

Cancelation Policy: In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the rental date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date. Thank you for your understanding.
